The girls are moving up to the big kids room a month early! The center wants to move them early before the baby is born so they can be destressed. So I guess that they moved them in there today for an hour and the girls wouldnt leave the room, so they are still there! Too Funny!

Yesterday I had the BEST ride home. took 20 min, tops, no traffic! I was able to get in and out of Memory Junction in 10 min with a new album and a few new scrapbook pages!

we fed and watered the girls last nite (mac and cheeze in sponge bob shapes), played with them a bit and they were ready for bed by 6:30. I finished a few scrapbook pages, watched "The American President" for the 10th time, took a shower and went to bed.

Tonight is more alone with the girls for dinner time (im thinking banana's and cereal and milk, very easy) but Mum might show up and drop off gifts and visit (and is bringing dinner...so Im thinking Pork Fried Rice from the mall)...

No Gilmore Girls tonight :( but I'm hoping to have a movie or something to watch on TV..

It was a very tiring weekend. Malinda is allergic to her 1st meds so she was cranky all weekend and off balance because of her ear thing...Mya was throwing fits when she didnt get her way (when she couldnt have Malinda's toys) and I felt like dirt all weekend.

We took a trip to Target and Walmart with the girls, and took them for lunch at Wendy's on Saturday.

Sunday my parents took the girls for a few hours.

I was able to get to the grocery store, walgreens and bake 2 dozen pumpkin muffins for work (which due to someone else bringing in like 10000 things for their birthday treats are sitting there uneaten)

Dale was able to rake all the leaves and help me with some chores around the house. I got to clean the kitchen and vac the upstairs and god knows what else...

The girls were muy tired yesterday and slept a lot. Mya kept waking up all night last night having bad dreams. Yet another night of crappy sleep.

Enjoy the new pictures below!

Malinda is still running a high fever, this must be one nasty ass ear infection thing she has. My parents called from Florida last night, they went and saw Cirque de Soiel or whatever last night...My moms all upset since I told her that Malinda is having a lousy week (and by extension so am I).

I did'nt get much sleep last night, Mya kept having these night terrors and crying out and flopping around waking me up...arg. Tonight I think I will try to watch the 2nd Kevin Smith disc, we were going to watch ELF last night but the disc is unplayable :(

sigh. Once again its 2:50 yesterday and I get a phone call. Its daycare, Malinda was fine all day and she wakes up from her nap with a 104.7 degree fever. So I call the dr. and get an appt., I call my mother-in-law to meet me at daycare, I pick up the baby (who is really really hot and sad) and head to the dr. Long story short, double whopper of an ear infection hence the fever. Antibiotics and tylenol purchased at the pharm, then drive to grandmas to drop off baby, drive home from grandmas and then 2 hours of cleaning house/eating dinner.

I was driving for like 2.3 hours straight yesterday. My feet are swollen and I am wiped out. I guess Malinda had a nice night, she slept in the bed with grandma (which prob. isnt the best habit to get into but its at GRANDMA's house so maybe they can associate that with specialness at grandmas?) her fever broke around 2:30am and she is OK this morning.

I watched Disc 1 of "An Evening With Kevin Smith" last night while I wrapped x-mas presents (im done with shopping, the tree is up and trimmed and the house is decorated...). It was darn funny.

Tonight I plan on either doing more wrapping/cleaning and watching "Elf" on DVD (then er) or if the girls are with us, cleaning a bit while they eat something for dinner (no idea what, im cooked out)...

And in news from down under, a lady in Austrailia is breast feeding her puppy along with her newborn, I will not be breast feeding a puppy along with the new baby, just in case you were wondering.

So yesterday at 3:30 daycare calls regarding Malinda, she woke up with a fever of 103.5 "just wanted to let you know." So I call Toni and ask her if she can come over and help me with the girls. Call the dr. and see if I need to bring her in (no). I grab the girls from daycare, get a kids meal from Wendy's and rush home. Malinda has a fever of 103.6 and so we dose her up with tylenol or whatever, she eats fine and drinks A LOT and is generally really clingy and sleepy.

At about 5:30 she just grabbed a blanket and lay on the floor. I gave up and put her to bed...she just went to sleep without a peep. Mya went down about an hour later.

At about 9:45 I went in to check on Malinda and she's WAY warm so I tell Dale we really need to wake her up and dose her again and get her to drink some pedialyte. She has a 101.8 fever so we dose her and she drinks like 8 oz of pedialyte and juice (wow). We put her back down and she woke up at 2am back up to 103....so another 10 oz of pedialyte and more drugs later she went back to bed till 5:30 and was at 98.6 this morning...I gave her more drugs (just in case) and packed her off to daycare.

The end result of this tale is that I havent showered in 3 days, I havent slept at all, I didn't eat much and my back is killing me. Toni has both girls tonight and I'm hoping that they have a good day at daycare-no more mysterious 12 hour fevers!

Tonight I plan on a major house cleaning...I have the x-mas tree up so I want to clear away all the empty boxes and whatnot...vac, clean kitchen, do laundry....etc...

Also congrats to Renee who bought a house with Lucas, Mark who moved into a new place in Bayview, and Laura for surviving another week with GWB. :)

Today we were all locked out of daycare because Hope was sick.. So Dale and I and the girls and about 10 parents + kids were standing in the parking lot waiting for someone to show up....20 min later we dropped off the girls. This has only happened once before so its not a big big deal, but I was running late. The girls enjoyed being held and pointing at all the things outside....

Tonight is going to be very hard for me, dinner and bedtime with both girls all by myself. My mother in law is not taking anyone tonight....We finished babygating the kitchen so the girls can run around while I get dinner ready, but its pretty hard for me to carry them both with this baby weight on the front.

Hope you enjoy all the new pictures from this weekend below! :) :) :)
