I believe that I would have walked out on my job today if it were not for my promotion into Client Services next month. Does anyone out there understand why you would go through all the trouble to write 4 PAGES of rules for how you get credit for accounts and then tell your 28 employees those are LAW but then let the rules get bent/broken for ONE PERSON because that someone runs into your office crying about how its so unfair and they have been doing this and the rules shouldnt apply to them. Nice. huh? Really nice. Why bother having rules at all? If you make an exception for ONE person than those rules become invalidated and you have no authority at all and you have anarchy (not even in the UK) Bah.
